“Nature•Based Design (NBD) Lab is a collective research pursuit led by Meghan Mick focusing on the direct relationship between nature and the built environment at multiple scales. Established to facilitate collaboration, NBD Lab highlights the critical connections between ecology, design, community, and well-being. Although rooted in landscape architecture, the research seeks to transcend disciplines – both within and outside of design – to promote thriving connections between people and the rest of the natural world.”
